A clean bill of health!

That's what I have. HOORAY!!!!!

Well, except it has been determined that I am:

Wheat and Dairy intolerant - the cause of the stomach problems
Very low in iron - the cause of the tiredness and probably headaches

I have an inflamed tendon in my left arm, and I still need to get my girly parts looked at by a Gyno (couldn't get in until the 1st of Feb).

And I have some kind of strange unexplained quirk that has me waking up some mornings with a swollen middle finger on my right hand (maybe I should stop sticking it up at people so much?).

But aside from that, I'm just perfect :)

So, basically my diet going forward will be mostly Vegan. My body behaves, and I feel, the best when I eat a Vegan diet. I don't eat many Eggs or much Honey anyway, but I'm not going to 'label' myself, I don't think its necessary.

The tendon thing means, no weights for a while. Bugger!
But I am taking it as the perfect opportunity to try out the Tracey Anderson Method. Tracy is a trainer to the celeb's, and her workouts are done using just bodyweight.
This morning I did Cardio Combination 1 and Muscle Design Sequence 1 from her 30-Day Method book and it kicked butt. I loved every second of it. And if it does what she says it will, I will still be on my way to 'Guns of Steel' and maybe even 'Buns of Steel', whilst I have a forced break from working my left arm with weights.
(Even though I am a qualified PT, I like to research what other trainers are doing and hopefully pick up some killer moves.)

Do you ever have a fling with a certain food?

At the moment, I am having a love affair with Stuffed Chilli Garlic Olives. Most meals I make for myself at the moment contain them. I'm hoping we never break up! (Meaning I hope I don't eat too many and get sick of them)

Monday Night:
Barley Risotto

Wednesday night:
Pizza
Tonight:
A big salad topped with roast Veggies, Hommus and Avocado Oil

All Vegan and Gluten Free, all delicious.

What do you have planned for the weekend?

Tomorrow I am walking into the city for my blood donation, then I'm Christmas Shopping with my Mum.

If you are in Australia, and are able to, please make an appointment to donate blood. The Red Cross have very low reserves at the moment, which isn't good with the silly season (aka prime accident and injury season) just around the corner.
